Amortize the oil spill.  Clean it up over 20 years instead of instantly and maintain capital while maximizing tax advantages--if this kind of thinking sounds cold, it is.  It is cold and hard headed.  It is the why a good accountant works to maximize tax advantages.

Methane well--11 individuals who died was from methane explosion.  Even the Oil Drum says BP should not have dug the well there.  They took a deadly risk.  People have died and now we have the worst eco disaster.

fissures and cracks in sea bed.  Second oil plume is coming out of a crack now.  A potential tsunami could occur. 

The ocean is becoming a dead zone.   It could come up into the atmosphere.  It will end up starting to biodegrade.  It is killing aquatic life and aquatic life is fleeing the area.  How big will the dead zone grow?

This scenario we are facing have never had this kind of disaster, this kind of disaster in huiman history.  This is devastating an ecosystem

We are asking since day one for BP and wildlife organizations to work with us and let us go and do it or we are going; we're still having meetings about it.  We need to build sand barriers but it should not have to take a month and a half.  Where is the urgency?  We have the rarest turltes in the world sitting here on the bank?  All day long,  I have grown men, the Coast Guard grown men crying.  We are funding animal rescues.
